We’re changing the way we communicate with you

We are taking steps to improve our communication channels. We want to ensure you have control over your data and have the flexibility to let us know what you want to hear from us and when.

There are three areas we are focussing on to improve our communication with you and these outline what you can expect to see change as you receive communications from us.

We take your privacy seriously at GRDC and we are continuing to ensure that the personal information you share with us is only used in accordance with privacy laws and for its intended purpose.

  1. We’re streamlining our communications

In February 2020 we’re rolling out a new regional electronic newsletter – one for each of the three GRDC regions. Regional news, events, podcasts, videos and GroundCover stories will all be rolled into one newsletter for your region.

This monthly newsletter will ensure you receive GRDC information that’s relevant to you in a consolidated format – that means timely and relevant newsletters in your inbox at the same time every month.

  1. A new subscription centre where you are in control of what we send to you

We recognise that your time is valuable, and we only want to send you information that is relevant and useful to you. The new GRDC subscription centre allows you to control  what details we have for you and what emails you are subscribed to. You can update this information in real time, and it is reflected immediately in the communications we send. We will no longer send you anything you have not subscribed to.
